We ‘the company’ agree to complete a ‘project’ once the 25-50% down payment
has been made in accordance with the 'agreement’ of ‘the project’. Uploads and/ or file
distribution will occur once final payment has been received.We agree to continue to work on a ‘project’ until you are completely satisfied in
accordance with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and in accordance with content and description(s) that ‘the client’ originally submits to or agrees upon with ‘the company’.We ‘the company’ agree to distribute to ‘the client’ any files, images, documents, discs, disks, and any other resources agreed upon as belonging to ‘the client’ if requested to do so. All images and/ or resources belonging to Inner Web Solutions are Copyright and may not be re-distributed without permission. All payments made to Inner Web Solutions are non-refundable. Any 'agreement' is to be deemed invalid if 'the client' and/ or any applicable 'parties' does not submit all required content and/ or conceptual direction within a period no longer than 3 weeks from the time of initial project payment upon Inner Web Solutions discretion.
The terms collectively known as the 'Terms of Service' can be changed and/ or modified solely at the discretion of Inner Web Solutions without any notice whether it be written, verbal or other communication.
Inner Web Solutions never rents, sells or trades any information obtained on this site to outside parties. Any contact information expressed directly to Inner Web Solutions will be kept completely confidential.
