01Who We Are
Inner Web Solutions (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) is a web design, development and AI-training studio based in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada.
This Policy explains how We collect, use, share and protect your information across our website (the “Site”) and all of the services We provide, and it sets out the terms that govern purchases, bookings, refunds and rescheduling. By using the Site, submitting a form, or purchasing any service, you (“You” or the “Client”) agree to this Policy.
02Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout this Policy:
- “Workshop”Any ThankClaude AI-training session We offer — including the 5-Hour, 7-Hour and 2-Day formats, delivered either In-Office or by Zoom — and any related instruction or materials booked through the Site.
- “We” / “Us” / “Our”Inner Web Solutions, the provider of the Site and all Services described in this Policy.
- “Discount”A reduction of fifteen percent (15%) applied to the Base Amount of a Workshop, granted only in the circumstance described in Section 5 (where We reschedule a confirmed Workshop).
- “You” / “Client”Any individual or organization that visits the Site, submits information to Us, or purchases a Service.

- “Claude Vault” / “Vault”Our members-only resource library (including any “+ Goodies” tier) providing starter code, templates, and reference materials.
- “Base Amount”The published or quoted price of a Workshop before any taxes, add-ons, or Discounts.
- “Booking”A confirmed reservation of a Workshop on a specific date (and, for 2-Day Workshops, dates).

04Bookings, Payments & No-Refund Policy
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase or Booking unless We agree otherwise in writing. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; We do not store full card numbers (see Section 12).
Where a Service is delivered in stages (for example, design projects), any deposit secures your place in Our schedule and covers work already performed and is therefore non-refundable once work has begun.
05Rescheduling Workshops
If You need to reschedule
A Workshop may be rescheduled provided We receive your Reschedule Notice before 10:00 AM CST on the day prior to the scheduled date — approximately 24 hours’ notice. When notice is given within this window, We will move your Booking to the next mutually available date at no additional charge.
If We need to reschedule
In the rare and extreme event that We must reschedule a confirmed Workshop, We will offer You the next mutually available date and apply a Discount of fifteen percent (15%) to the Base Amount of that Workshop.
Rescheduling does not extend to Claude Vault or completed one-time Services, which are governed by the no-refund policy in Section 4.
06Product Demonstrations & Portfolio
Our Product Demonstrations pages present galleries of work We have produced, shown as screenshots and interface captures rather than as live, operating products.
Where We provide temporary access to a working demonstration (for example, a guest login to a sample console), that environment is shared, periodically reset, and not private. Please do not enter real personal, financial or confidential information into a demonstration — anything you enter may be visible to Us or to other people trying the same demonstration, and We do not treat it as a genuine submission or a request for Services.
Demonstrations and portfolio items may be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time. Where We display work produced for a Client, We do so as a portfolio sample; if You are a Client and would prefer your project not be shown, tell Us and We will remove it.
07Claude Vault & Downloadable Resources
Claude Vault membership, together with the guides, Skills, templates and starter files We publish, is provided on the following basis.
- Credentials are personal to You. Vault logins are issued to the email address given at purchase and are for your own use. Please do not share, resell or publish them. We may withdraw access that is being shared.
- Resources are licensed, not sold. You may use and adapt them in your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not redistribute, resell or republish them as your own product.
- Materials are provided “as is.” Starter code, templates and Skills are intended as a starting point. They carry no warranty, and You should review and test anything You take into a live environment.
- “Lifetime” access means for as long as We continue to operate the Vault. It is not a guarantee that any particular resource will remain available, and We may add, revise or retire items.
- Third-party software. Our guides reference tools We do not control (for example Claude, VS Code and FileZilla). Their features, pricing and terms may change, and following a guide may require You to hold your own account with the relevant provider.
Free resources are offered on the same terms, except that no purchase is involved. Where a download requires an email address, We use it to deliver the resource and, if You have consented, to send occasional related updates (see Section 16).
08AI Tools & How Workshops Are Delivered
Our Workshops and Our AI-assisted design work involve third-party artificial-intelligence services. This section explains what that means for your information.
- Your own accounts. Some Workshop content requires You to hold your own account or subscription with a third-party AI provider. Those costs, terms and usage limits are set by the provider and are outside Our control.
- Zoom sessions. Workshops delivered remotely run on Zoom, which will process your name, email address and connection details in order to host the meeting. We do not record Workshop sessions unless We tell You in advance and You agree.
- In-Office sessions. Where We attend your premises, We may be shown systems or information belonging to your organization. We treat anything encountered this way as confidential and use it only to deliver the Workshop.
- Outcomes are not guaranteed. AI tools produce variable results and change frequently. We teach current, working methods, but We cannot warrant that a given tool will behave identically in future or that generated output will be correct without review.
09Information We Collect
We collect only what We need to provide Our Services:
- Enquiry & contact-form data — name, email, phone, company, areas of interest, how you heard about Us, and any message. When You submit a form We also record the IP address, browser type and referring page of that submission, along with any advertising click identifier present, so that We hold a reliable record of the enquiry and can detect and prevent spam or abuse of Our forms.
- Workshop signup data — name, email, phone, chosen package, session date(s), the location for In-Office sessions, and any “Notes for Instructor” You provide.
- Payment data — billing details needed to complete a purchase. Card details are entered with Our payment processor; We receive confirmation and limited metadata, not full card numbers.
- Account & Vault data — the email used to send your Claude Vault login credentials and access records.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies.
10How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, schedule, confirm and deliver the Services You request;
- Send Booking confirmations, reminders, invoices and Claude Vault credentials;
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- Keep a record of enquiries submitted to Us, and detect, investigate and prevent spam, fraud or abuse of Our forms;
- Operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site and Our Services;
- Send marketing or newsletter messages where You have consented (You may opt out at any time — see Section 16);
- Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and enforce Our terms.
We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with You, and Our legitimate business interests as the bases for these uses. We do not sell your Personal Information.
13Data Retention
We keep Personal Information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer required, We securely delete or anonymize it.
14Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials We issue (such as Claude Vault logins) confidential.
15Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law (including Canada’s PIPEDA), You may:
- Request access to the Personal Information We hold about You;
- Ask Us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Ask Us to delete information We no longer need to retain;
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact Us using the details in Section 20. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
16Marketing Communications
If You opt in, We may send You occasional emails about Our Services, Workshops and resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and You can opt out at any time by using that link or contacting Us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages such as Booking confirmations and receipts.
17Children's Privacy
Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If You believe a child has provided Us information, please contact Us and We will delete it.
18Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When We do, We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where practical. Continued use of the Site or Services after an update means You accept the revised Policy.
19Governing Law
This Policy and any dispute relating to it or to Our Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saskatchewan.
